Site :

Place du Commerce, Ile des Surs, Qc

Work period:

4 months

Project cost:

Issue:

Insufficient electrical capacity at existing sites to efficiently service their rapidly growing clientele.

Mandate:

To modify existing electrical supply, install a new generator, install a new UPS and prepare the locations for seven future electrical equipment.

Approach:

Reorganized the existing distribution centre to allow the client to carry out the final phase of the project, while keeping 20% margin for future capacity for the building’s other clients.

Technical aspects:

Planned the physical space required for all the existing and future installations, while taking into consideration the structural standards of a building that was not designed for such an installation (weight per square foot).
